Splitting invoices between sites without manual work
Connect your current mailbox
Connect the mailbox your building store invoices arrive in now. The app only reads, and only takes purchase invoices: emails are not moved, deleted or marked as read.
Consolidated invoices for several sites
A building store's consolidated invoice often covers several sites. KuluFlow splits the invoice lines between the right sites by their references and only asks about a line whose reference is new.
Photograph the delivery note
A paper delivery note or invoice can be photographed with a phone on site. Several photos make one multi-page document.
The site reference is read automatically
„Objekt“, „Viide“, „Tellija viide“, the address or the client's name. Kase 5 and Kase 15 don't get mixed up. The app learns a new reference with one click.
Goods by date
For each site, all purchased goods by date, supplier and quantity, with search and CSV for accounting.
Delivery notes without an invoice
A delivery note is matched to its invoice by number. You see which goods have been delivered but not yet invoiced.
Spending against the site budget
Set a materials budget for a site and see what percentage of it has been spent.
How to start
Four steps, about ten minutes
Create an account
Company name, email and password.
Connect a mailbox or forward invoices
Connect the mailbox your invoices arrive in, or forward them to your KuluFlow address.
Add sites
Name and address. You can also create a new site from an invoice with one click.
View site costs
If the reference is new, the app asks once. After that everything goes to the right site by itself.

Where does KuluFlow get the invoices from?
Three ways: connect the mailbox your invoices arrive in now; forward invoices to your KuluFlow address; or upload a PDF or photo yourself. E-invoice XML is read too.
Does the app read all my emails?
No. It only looks at emails with a PDF or XML attachment that come from a supplier or contain the word "invoice". Other emails are not stored. You can disconnect at any time.
What if the invoice has no site reference?
The app asks „Milline objekt?“ ("Which site?") and suggests up to three matches. You answer with one click and the app remembers it.
Does it work with Siteo?
Yes, but you don't need Siteo. When linked with Siteo, goods from delivery notes go into the Siteo construction diary and time tracking hours go into the site's costs. For Siteo users 16 € per month, as a kit with Siteo 35 € or 55 € per month.
How do I get the data into accounting?
Each site's invoices and invoice lines can be downloaded as a CSV file.
