Terms

Terms of sale

Terms for buying, paying for and receiving digital document kits. Please read them before ordering – you must accept them when you order.

In short. You order a kit and receive an invoice by e-mail. Once payment arrives, we send a download link to the same address. If a file does not open or is faulty, we replace it or refund you. The documents are support material, not legal advice.

2. What we sell

We sell digital document kits: a step-by-step guide as a PDF, fillable Word templates and Excel checklists. The kit is delivered as files; nothing is shipped physically.

KitPrice (incl. VAT 24%)
Building notice and permit of use document kit 202629 €
Notice of use and permit of use legalisation kit 202639 €
Ancillary building and sauna legalisation kit 202619 €
Dry hydrant and firefighting water point kit 202629 €

The prices in the table include VAT at 24%. Nothing is added to the price – this is the amount the buyer pays. VAT is shown as a separate line on the invoice. There are no extra fees or delivery charges.

3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

  • You click "Buy" on the product page and go to the order page.
  • You enter your name and e-mail address and accept these terms.
  • You confirm the order and pay via bank link. The contract is deemed concluded when payment is made.
  • We send a download link and an invoice by e-mail. The e-mail and invoice also serve as order confirmation.
  • As a company, you can also choose "I want an invoice and will pay by transfer" – we then send the invoice first, and the contract is deemed concluded when the order is confirmed.

Check your e-mail address carefully – the e-mail and later the download link go to exactly that address. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder and then write to info@seadusta.ee.

4. Payment

You can pay:

  • By bank link (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop, Revolut etc.) when ordering. Payments are processed by Montonio Finance UAB (Lithuania); we do not see or store your bank or card details.
  • By bank transfer against the invoice, if you chose "I want an invoice and will pay by transfer". Use the reference number on the invoice.

5. Delivery

The files are delivered by a download link that we send to the e-mail address given when ordering after payment has been received. With a bank transfer this depends on when the payment arrives, usually the next working day. With bank link payment the link is sent immediately.

  • The link is valid for 30 days from sending.
  • The files can be downloaded up to 10 times.
  • If the link has expired or the downloads are used up, write to info@seadusta.ee and we will send a new one.

The download link is personal. Please do not share it – the kits are protected by copyright and the purchase covers one buyer.

6. Right of withdrawal

A consumer generally has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For digital content this right is lost if supply of the content has begun with the buyer's express prior consent and acknowledgement that they lose the right of withdrawal (Law of Obligations Act § 53 (4) 71).

That is why the order page has a separate tick box with which the buyer agrees to the kit being made available immediately and confirms that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal. The order cannot be submitted without it.

If you do not wish to give this consent, write to info@seadusta.ee – we will agree a different arrangement where the files are sent only after 14 days have passed.

7. If a file is faulty or does not open

If the download fails, a file does not open or something is missing from the kit, write to info@seadusta.ee and describe what happened. We will replace the file or send a new link. If we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time, we refund the full amount to the account the payment came from.

This does not limit the consumer's statutory rights in the case of digital content that does not conform to the contract.

8. What the kit is not

The content of the kits is examples and support material. It is not legal advice, a building design, an audit or an expert assessment, and does not replace them. Before submitting, the templates must be reviewed and filled in for your own situation.

The outcome of the procedure is decided by the local authority. We cannot promise or guarantee that an application will be approved or that the procedure will take a particular length of time. Laws and local authority requirements change – before submitting documents, check the current Building Code and your municipality's or city's website.

Seadusta.ee is not affiliated with the Land and Spatial Development Board (Maa- ja Ruumiamet), the Building Register or any local authority.

9. Copyright

The content of the kits is protected by copyright. The buyer may use the materials to prepare documents for their own building, including commercially on their own projects. Reselling, publishing, sharing or distributing the kit or any part of it to third parties is prohibited.

10. Personal data

The data processed when you buy (name, e-mail, invoice details) and how long it is kept are set out in the privacy notice. We keep invoices for seven years as required by the Accounting Act.

11. Disputes

First write to info@seadusta.ee – most things are resolved with one e-mail. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, Endla 10a, Tallinn, ttja.ee) or to a court. The law of the Republic of Estonia applies.

12. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. An order is subject to the terms as they stood when the order was placed. The date below shows when they were last changed.
