Prices include VAT. We tell you the total in advance after the free assessment – before you order anything.

Documents exist – we file them and deal with the municipality.
1 pump €390, 2–3 pumps €490, more than 3 pumps €590.
Hidden-works inspection certificates, diary summary sheet.
Each additional building on the same property (e.g. a sauna and a garage): half our fee; the survey and audit are added for that building. Heat pump prices depend on the number of pumps.
What comes on top
- Survey, building audit, electrical audit, chimney sweep certificate – if needed, we order them from our partners and the price is added to the same invoice. You have no separate contracts or payments with the providers.
- State fee – permit of use: dwelling €30, non-residential building €60. There is no state fee for a notice of use.
- Municipality’s remarks – we correct them free of charge in documents we have prepared. If the municipality requires new paid work (e.g. an audit or an additional survey), we tell you the price first and order it only with your consent.
How the price is set
- You describe the situation in the form. From the address we check the register data straight away.
- Within one working day we tell you what needs to be done, how long it takes and what it costs in total.
- Only then do you decide whether to order.
