What changes on 26 October 2026?
Amendment to the Occupational Health and Safety Act: the first health check within 6 months of starting work, a working environment representative is elected if at least 10% of employees want one, and employers with at least 10 employees must submit the risk assessment to TEIS. Safelo applies the new rules and shows the source.
Does an employee have to install anything?
No. The employee gets a link by email or scans a QR code and confirms on their phone. No account is needed.
Is this suitable for a small company too?
Yes, it is made for exactly them: 9 € per month for a company with up to 10 employees. Large workplace safety systems cost several times more.
Does Safelo do the risk assessment for me?
No. You do the risk assessment in TEIS or OiRA. Safelo stores the finished analysis, action plan and review date, and sends you reminders.
Are the sample instructions legally sufficient?
The samples help you get started; the employer is responsible for meeting the requirements. Adapt the instructions to your workplace.
