Address and name. The location comes from the map.
Send workers the joining link
The worker opens the link on their phone. No account or app installation needed.
In the morning the crew tap "Start"
In the evening "Finish", and they briefly write what they did.

What exactly is done with location
Location is a sensitive subject and should not be hidden from workers. Here is exactly what is saved and what is not.
- Saved
- Only two points a day: where the working day was started and where it was ended.
- Not saved
- Movement during the day. The worker's location is not tracked in the background or outside working hours.
- What the manager sees
- Whether start and finish were within the site area. If not, a remark is added and an e-mail is sent.
- Employer's obligation
- Before you start using it, tell workers that location is saved at start and finish. This is processing of personal data, and workers have the right to know what is collected.

Frequently asked questions
Does the worker need to install an app?
No. You send them a joining link, they open it on their phone and can start straight away. If they like, they can save the page to the phone's home screen, but it is not required.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Start and finish are saved on the phone and sent once there is signal again.
What if a worker forgets to clock out?
The site manager corrects the time. The original time is kept together with the name of the person who corrected it and the reason, so you can see later what was changed and why.
Do I have to use the construction diary?
No. Time tracking is a separate app and a separate plan. If you also use the Siteo construction diary, workforce and work done go into the diary automatically, but this is optional.
How do the hours get into payroll?
The monthly timesheet goes to Excel with one button: workers, days, hours and sites.
How much does it cost?
